We signed the contract in December 1999, but it took a while to get started.

| May 2000 - Shingles and brick on the outside, plumbing,
ductwork, electric and gas on the inside |
| June 2000 - Portico and grading on the outside, finish up
the ductwork, etc., and dry wall on the inside |
