Colorado Ski AreasSome day I'll be going to Colorado to ski. My web page is ready. I'm ready. Just my checkbook isn't ready.
Maryland Ski AreasNot much here. Wisp is a good place to go for a couple of days with your kids.
Massachusetts Ski AreasI've never skied in Massachusetts. Let me know what's good there.
New Hampshire Ski AreasI've never skied in New Hampshire. Let me know what's good there.
New Jersey Ski AreasI grew up in New Jersey (no fault of my own), so I used to ski at Great Gorge. We went to Vernon Valley/Great Gorge the end of January 1997. We recommend it highly. The slopes were great as were the amenities. It has the old playboy club, you know. There was a rowdy resident in the condo next to us, but I'm sure most of the people who live and stay here are nice.
New York Ski AreasHunter is a pretty good place to ski, although I remember it being a bit crowded. However, I haven't skied there since high school (1975). Ok, I haven't been skiing in Vermont or Colorado, so I have nothing to compare it to. I went to school in Ithaca (Ithaca College, not Cornell), so I've been to Greek Peak several times.
Pennsylvania Ski AreasI do most of my skiing now in Pennsylvania. Hey, it's better than not skiing at all, right? Ski Liberty is the closest ski area to my house.
Utah Ski AreasUtah isn't a place I would normally expect to go. Luckily, I went there to do some work in December, 1999.
Vermont Ski AreasI went to Killington the end of January 1999. It was fantastic. I'll be going back there until I decide to up the ante and go out West.
Virginia Ski AreasIt's about what you'd expect from Virginia skiing. At Wintergreen, we liked the condo. We didn't like the amenities. The skiing was only fair when we went the end of January 1998.
West Virginia Ski AreasI haven't been to any of these.
